punkyouinc, to become a swap organizer, you need to have completed a swap (see the swap faq at http://www.craftster.org/swapsinfo.html).  You have to have completed your first swap to sign up for a second.  Because you're not finished with your first (according to your profile), you can't organize yet.

If you have a swap that's completed that you haven't received feedback for, please ask the swap organizer to enter it for you.  Otherwise, you'll need to either wait until your first swap is complete or get someone else to organize this swap.

I'm going to change the thread's title and lock the thread until I hear back from you.  I'll unlock it when everything's resolved.
