xcaret,

I am a bit too biased to give you an honest answer about Soft Flex and because I have never used Beadalon, I cannot tell you what I think of their wire. I think the best idea when it comes to deciding which wire works for you is to ask each for a sample. To get a sample from Soft Flex, write us at info@softflexcompany.com and specify the diameter you would like to try out and tell us where to ship it and we will send you some wire to sample. Get a sample from Beadalon. Once you have been able to test out both wires, you should have a good idea which wire to go with.

Happy Beading!  Smiley

I've used both Beadalon and Soft Flex quite a bit, and there is not a great deal of difference between their 'plain old' stringing wires, but the Soft Touch wire from Soft Flex is quite a bit drapier, especially with lighter-weight beads, than anything Beadalon has right now.

Kara,

Our Soft Touch line is my personal favorite. It has the same strength and durability as our Soft Flex line, but it is about fifty percent softer. It has a much more thread-like drape than anything else I have used.

xcaret,

Soft Touch has the same properties as our Soft Flex, with the exception that it is a lot softer. It will not kink any more than our Soft Flex line.

Beadalon is the better company to deal with.
