i was just reading about the photo swap that was a color theme. I'd love to participate if there is a round 2. I just signed up for my first swap so I can't organize it myself. But if anyone else was interested I would totally be in!

Yeah I missed that one too - but it looked fun - I could be up for that come Jan.

Great, I could organize this now if anyone else is interested. Anytime after the begining of the year would ok.

If others are interested we could decide on themes and go from there.  Yah!!!

If anyone else is interested let us know! Smiley

I was an angel for the first one and would sign up for the next round if it happens again.  Keep me in the loop if you get enough interest.  Thanks!

If you are talking about the true colors photo swap it sounds totally cool and I would be in depending on the time it ran.

The end of February for sending out would be good for me... what times are good for others?
And what themes is everyone interested in? I like the idea of using certain colors but I am open to anything.

I don't know all the details of the first one but I like the color idea but picking say 5 or 6 colors and each person takes a pic of that color.  It would be cool to see everyone's different views on each color instead of just one or two.

Oh and sending out end of Feb should be good.

I'm cool with anything - I think picking colors would be nice.

In the first one, you chose a color for your partner to photograph.  Your partner took 24-36 photos of that color, then sent you an album (or other artistic presentation) of those photos.  Then, you chose your favorite two or three photos and your partner posted them in the swap gallery.  Your partner also posted his/her own favorites from the pictures s/he took.  Here's the link:

We don't have to do it that way, though.  We could each take pictures of a range of colors.  Or we could do something other than color, even-- emotions, or something.  I'm up for whatever.

I was an angel in the first swap, so I only had one person to photograph for.  I think the official swap members each had two partners, which meant twice the pictures.  I think that's why the crafting period was so long.  I only had a weekend to do my single color project.  It wasn't that hard, but it's basically all I did that weekend  Tongue
