I dye my hair quite often as my colourful hair fades quickly, how damaging is this to my hair? Will I be  bald If I keep dying it every 3-4 weeks? Im rather worried for my dear hair.

It depends, what sort of dye do you mean? if you mean the semi permanent bright colours which come premixed in a bottle then you should be fine, if we're talking bleaching then yes it will dry your hair out, but if you use a good deep conditioning shampoo once a week and get regular trims to keep split ends at bay then you should be fine.
