So, I'm trying to do the Ruffle Scarf pattern from Scarf style in two colors.  So half of the knitted stitches are one color and the other half are in a different color.  The problem I'm running into, however, is that I'm not sure how to marry the two sides of color.  the two colors are being worked separately, and they don't connect except at the beginning because i cast on with only one color.   I've scoured the net looking for someone who has done this scarf in two colors, and i haven't found any help, and I'm hoping someone here could clue me in and help me figure out how to make this one united ruffly scarf of two colors.

THANKS!!

Here's what you should do...

When you get to the point where you're switching colors, take the two strands and twist them around each other once and then continue knitting as usual.

Otherwise, as you've discovered, you're really just knitting two separate pieces.
