This is so awesome!!  I love that I found this website in the first place, but crafters as talented as you just make me get happy all over again.  This is a truly awesome bag and I can't wait to make one.

Waaa.  Okay, I'm feeling very high-maintenance right now.  I have tried 3 different paper patterns (the second 2 after my first very unsuccessful attempt at the purse) and am frustrated.  I think I'm not getting the angles of the triangle bits that comprise the end-sides of the bag right..

Can I be a total nerdo wastoid and ask if you will measure the angles for me?  Like in degrees?  That's if you have a protractor handy I guess.

Also, how long is the other line of the triangle, the smaller of which is 2 3/4"?

Thank you!!!

Cry  Seriously, mine are looking like squat little ziggurats.  Hopefully you will take pity and point me in the right (angularly speaking) direction.  I really want to make one of your cute purses!   Huh

hey kellebelle - I was wondering the same about the triangles...
I've used 90 degree angles and it works just fine  Wink

Thanks Faerhi!  That was going to be my next try once my babies are sleeping tonight.  Are you going to post pics of your bags?  I will once I'm done, I've got a cute floral with lots of orange then some leftover 50's surfer pin-up girl fabric and some black handles from Walmart.  90 degrees, here I come....  Sorry, I'm a dork.
