Seriously, the most fun thing in this swap is seeing people's lists. Then the second most fun thing was writing your own list! I heart this swap!

I love looking at peoples lists too and seeing how different some peoples taste in music is  Smiley

OK, 3 people have been chosen so far.  Thanks to the people who have joined and those who have picked already.  I'm still waiting for someone that I can send to though.

Ok..here's my list (I just signed up!)

USERNAME:semicharm86
COUNTRY:USA
PREFERED FORMAT (normal CD/mp3 CD/other please list): any type of CD that produces sound is fine by me!
LIST YOUR 5 FAVOURITE BANDS:
1. Death Cab for Cutie
2. The Decemberists
3. Thursday
4. Incubus
5. Bright Eyes

LIST THE TYPE OF MUSIC YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECIEVE:
Anything resembling the sound of the above artists...and also anything that you think is cool, because I like suprises, especially musical ones. I love all forms of indie rock, "old-school" punk, classic rock, anything really. Just NOT: bubble gum pop (like late 90s boy bands and Brittany Spears), current country music (I'm ok with older stuff), or rap. Please God, no rap or hip hop!!!

LIST BANDS/ARTISTS SIMILAR TO WHAT YOU WANT TO RECIEVE:
The Shins, Thursday, Belle and Sebastion, Incubus, Red Hot Chili Peppers, AFI, Andrew Bird, Postal Service, Bright Eyes, Led Zepplin, Dead Poetic..get creative! Smiley

You can also  burn your CDs into MP3s when you are making them just pick MP3 as your format when you make your copies.  Depending on your program you may need to drag them into a folder first.  Also if you can, try to use a program like toast over Itunes.  I have had a few problems with Itunes not letting me burn certain CDs that toast will allow.

OK we have nine people in this swap so far, but it would be so great to have more.  Doesn't anyone else want to come out and play?  We really won't bite.
