Ladies (and gentlemen?)

I have an announcement:
I find honesty to be the best policy, and this swap is so huge and awesome but it's getting to be more than I can keep up with.  I'm sure trying and I will do about another hour of work here before I crash, but come Monday, I'm going to put the swap on hold for a little while until I can catch up with everything I need to - or unless someone offically steps up to the plate to run another round.

I really like lvtoscrapbooks idea of "50+-" picks per person to track - cause I think Im going on 150 to 200 and it's just...a  lot! And it's not that I don't want to keep doing this or want to take it away, but the site does have tracking regulations that I need to follow.  So swap your hearts away while I'm away this weekend - but then I need to take some time to get more organized (may just be a few days/week) and I will step in and make a last pick before the hold (as I have 2 open spots) so nobody worry about being the *last person*

I hope you all understand but I can't be losing hours of sleep regularly for this, and I don't want to get so overwhelmed that I flake on you (will never happen!!!) so I need to know my limit.

Also let me know if you have other ideas for keeping this swap going smoothly!
