You can do that with cupcake papers in a muffin tin for $1

Well...
I made this tonight.

I got two wax, non-scent, emergency candles.  I boiled some water in the microwave, and gathered a few crayons. (I recommend using a tall cup to boil the water in)
 I dip the tip of the crayon in the water, over and over again, until there are bunches of lil' wax spots floating in the water.  Then, I grabbed the candles tip, and dip it in the water, making sure to move it around.
Keep doing this with diffrent coloured crayons.   Now you have some pretty candles, that don't have a scent that annoys visitors.
