So, as a belated birthday gift to myself, I took off work today. However, when I woke up, I found I had a rather nasty headcold. There went my plans for working on my NaNoWriMo. But I found I had a burst of creative drive so I went into my drawers and found an old Notre Dame T-shirt and decided to try and make a pillow out of it.  Sadly, I don't have a sewing machine (yet!) so everying was done by hand.

Presenting my first sewing and first tshirt recon ever.

The lower right corner is sorely in need of fixing - it's the end I sewed after stuffing. I just don't have the energy to do it right now.

I understand that language breeds stereotype
But what's the explanation for the malice, for the spite?

Any other comments or critiques? I'd love some advice/tips on how to fix the sewing on the bottom right hand corner which is where I filled the pillow.

I'd rather swing on the moon than a star.

When i fill a pillow and have to sew up the corner, I fold in the edges first, that way it doesn't look quite so raw.
