Oh, my gosh, that is so cute.  I've been thinking I needed to make a shirt with puffed sleeves and peter pan collar, and now I know I HAVE to.  You did an excellent job, and the tie is really great too.

I want one too, but since I'm a chunky girl I wouldn't look that gorgeous in it, so I'll wait patiently 'til I have the money to join in on that Cambridge Diet ride everybody around me seems to go for. Well, wasn't that a side note! Sorry.

Maybe you could order spotty fabric from E-bay? I found some good sources for cool fabrics there, and to a low cost (shipping included)! I just wished for some dot fabric in a swap I'm currently in, and I'm planning to make a skirt or a bag or something easy, since I don't have your mad skillz.

Opiate rose, I will take some more pictures of it and post as soon as I get the time.

And when it comes to a tutorial, I'm sorry but I just can't make one for the entire thing. But since many of you have commented on the collar especially, I'm making one for that. It might take a few days though.
