So I was just listening to Gary US Bond's classic "No More Homework" and got really excited about the idea of a kid's music swap! What do you guys think about a mix CD full of music for kids, with kid-appropriate packaging? I'm sure the parents out there would appreciate a break from Raffi (do kids these days still listen to Raffi?). And I'm not even a parent and I think kid's music is so clever and funny and creative and fun to listen to! It could be music sung by kids, or what you liked when you were a kid, or whatever strikes your fancy.

Whaddya think?

no one else likes our swap, poo! That's OK, if there aren't any other people interested, you and me should just do a swap between us poppysmum. Smiley

I would be interested. I have ton's of Music. And the kids have a lot..Most of ours is in MP3 format though.  But you could convert it to audio after you received it. That way I could send a lot more songs on one CD.
Thanks.

carey

I guess it's just you and me....my email is carey.banks@gmail.com... just put craftster swap in the subject, and send me your addy, and I will send mine. I will put together a CD tonight. What kind of music are you interested in? Classical? Kidz Bop? I have it all. I will copy it in MP3 format, that way I can send more songs. We used to have a link on one of my husbands websites of a list of our music, because he used to swap music with people. But I don't think it's been updated in a long time, if it is still even there.  I will ask.  Other than that, I will wait for your email and preferences, then get a CD burned.

What ages are your child(ren) so I can know more about what to put on it.
Thanks!!
