I really like that!  Did you laminate the magazine strips, or did you cover the whole woven piece, or is it made of bare paper, or what?  What a fun item!

I covered each strip of magazine in clear packing tape before weaving it.

Oh okay well the story goes like this... I was sewing the sides with the buttons on them onto the bag. The bag was zipped up and inside out....well I didn't realize that i wouldn't be able to unzip the bag from the "wrong side" to turn the bag so the right side facing outward....does that make any sense? Huh  um well it was funny.

The inside is lined with black felt...it holds up very well! I use it at school and I've accidentally stepped on it and it goes right back into shape. Oh if you try this style out PLEASE POST PICTURES...I wanna see it! Thanks!
