malachite, I think you are looking in the right direction but I'm still a little unsure.

Star69 - Do you still want to take on organising this swap?  It hurts my head just thinking about it and I'm not sure if it would work the way I wanted to do it.  If you don't it's open for anyone to take.

I still like the idea though so I hope we can find a way to do this.

I'm not sure anymore, as I'm as confused as the rest of us. I mean, we're doing a swap, and the organizer doesn't know what the setup is?

Well I'm confused because I don't know what people want to do.  I'd prefer to do it as a cd binge sort of swap but everyone seems to want to do it the other way.
To be honest I'm much more interested in the unconditional cd swap so if anyone wants to take this one on then please feel free to do so.  Who ever organises this can do it however they want to.

cd binge swap??

Yeah, basically you send out a bunch of cds to different people in the swap.  You can chose the maximum amount of cds you want to send and you receive the same amount in return but they might not be from the same people you sent to depending on how many people sign up.  So if you send out 1 cd you get 1 back, if you send out 10 cds you get 10 back all from different people.

I kind of changed my mind halfway through this which is why i think everyone is so confused  Embarrassed
