 Well today I was making a dress.. it was made from a connected top and bottom part.. and usually the patterns are always larger than them say on the pack.. (like.. even though my measurements are normally bigger than the list, when I make the item that size, theyre always too big!).. so I went about making my dress..

After putting the top together (without inserting the zip at the back.) its super obvious to me that its gonna be too small.. so a lot of wasted time and effort.. and now I feel crap about myself.. (im not a lil girl to begin with).. but yeah.. so now the halfmade dress, all the pieces, and the pattern are packed away in a bag for when I lose a lil weight.. (its on my plan)...

but yeah.. feel crap now =/

on another hand.. i managed to do the darts, without them looking freaky.. haha

i know exactly how you feel... i've had those "oh fucking hell" moments...
take a breather and go do something else...
maybe you can add neat contrasting pieces to make the dress fit...

well, people in hell want ice water.
