One day, I got my clean laundry back form the washing machine and discovered that favorite halter of mine had been discolored - there were light splotches on the back. So what did I do to deal with the stains? Tie-dyed my halter, of course!

I had hoped that when it came out there would be more goreen, but I still think it looks pretty good anyway.

That looks REALLY good.  I've gotta hunt up some tie-dying tutorials because that is just awesome.  Nice work.

Honestly, I think the coloration could have been a bit better, but overall it's a good job! Grin

Almost matches you hair, done on purpose? Smiley The colors blend well together and it's still a cute shirt.

I HATE my tank tops getting discolored, and they are the only shirts that get discolored. It's the new missing socks in the wash.

no, the color wasn't done to match my hair. it's just that green was the only color of dye my mom seemed to have lying around the house.

Whenever that happens to me I just want to scream and cry and blame everyone in the world EXCEPT ME for being careless with the bleach.

Your way, however, is totally more proactive, I'll try it next time my brand new shirt gets ruined (and you know it will)
