So, I've been cooking a lot more lately and making up my own easy recipes. Some of them are really yummy so I've decided to start posting them.

"Deconstructed Guacamole"

-1 large tomato
-1 RIPE avacado (sometimes this is tricky.)
-1 lemon wedge
-garlic salt

Cut your avacado in half and scoop out the stone. Peel off the rind while keeping the green stuff intact (or scoop it out if it won't peel.) Dice the avacado into smallish chunks. Dice the tomato into similar chunks. Squeeze in the juice of the lemon wedge. Add garlic salt to taste. Try not to mush it up too much when you mix or else it'll just be guacamole! Enjoy!

This little salad is especially good with the "Best Burgers EVER!"...Coming soon.

LOL that sounds fun Smiley
I love putting some avocado in my regular basic salad (tomatos, cucumbers, olive oil, lemon juice, pepper, salt and "za'atar" which is a kind of herb mix). Too bad avocado season just ended here.. Sad
