A friend of mine makes henna all the time. She puts the henna in a clear plastic bag, tapes it up, and cuts a bit of one corner off in order to squeeze out a thin line. This would also work for paint, etc. Easy and cheap. Smiley

I'd probably mess it up horribly if I did it with a brush. Does anybody know where I can get a bottle that works like that?

Check the fabric paint, glue, or even the normal paint section of your local craft store.  They often have empty applicator bottles with needle tips for sale just for that purpose.

Also check a hobby store if you can't find what you need at the craft store.

Do you think this could work with darker jeans and a bleach pen? I'm not sure if the pen'd be to thick.

Those pants are absolutely gorgeous. I'm jealous ^^.

i do henna all the time. most indian food stores have it. make sure when you get it, you sift it. just pour it in a cup, then stretch nylons over it and shake it into a bowl. also, it does stain clothing if left on too long. it wont really do anything to jeans except stain like coffee. when doing it on hands, mix up some lemon juice and sugar and using a cotton ball, apply when the mendhi starts to crack. this will help the color intensify. if anyone has other indian questions, message me!

Ooh, gorgeous! Depending on how you plan on marketing them, I think these could go for 150-200... have you considered trying to get them on girlshop.com? I think that, considering the amount of time you spend doing them, you'll want to concentrate on the higher-end markets.

Great stuff! Let us know how the businessy side of it develops!

Oooo... intriguing... girlshop.com, eh?

I had never considered going through someone else. Do you have any experience with these people? I am sure I can get all necessary info from them but I was wondering what kind of experience you or someone you know has had with them...

thanks!
