Not the fruit.

Not the bird, even.

But I was wondering if there would be any interest from New Zealanders here in doing a swap.  Of anything.  I know there are a few of us out here and it could be cool.

So, how about it....?

I don't know, I've been making crochet hats (curse this winter weather) and bags and wrist cuffs and those cartoon wallets, so anything like that I'm backing...  but maybe we could all just swap *something* (randomly) - there are so few of us that maybe we don't craft anything in common...

my dog has just been at the dog hospital overnight for swallowing stones so maybe someone would like to swap a not-too-bright-but-cute black lab???

surely I jest....

haha starme thats adorable. my cat just eats mice : (

i think you're right, i'd love to do a random swap. as you may have seen from my site, i make bags and skirts and wristcuffs and armwarmers. as well as a few tops and bits and pieces. i also have been known to make recycled paper photo albums  and zines.

where is everyone based too? just out of interest.

I'm in Chch.

I think it would have to be a random swap, since there would be so few of us involved and all with different talents.

It's over!  I already did it, everything was posted out last week.  I put a thread in the swap section and away we went.

I was thinking, though, about doing a trans-tasman one, between our two fair nations, but since I'm away for a couple of weeks (Hello, Fiji!) it won't happen for a while unless anyone else would like to pick up the ball on that...?

Yeah, only I don't really watch the swaps section much so I missed it!  PM me if you decide to do another one!
