Okay, so I have apparently been inspired by Joseph Cornell, only it took me a while to realize it.  Here is a tiny little box that I made while thinking of frustrated desire. I'm not quite sure if it's finished yet, but I kind of like the simplicity.  I am just wondering if I should add a few pomegranate or clear seed beads in a little group down in one corner, like they have been spilled there.  What do you think?  Perhaps I will try to take a picture.

Anyway,

Here is the front:

Here is the inside.  Unfortunately, the picture does not capture the fact that the heart swings like a pendulum (the effect is that it's almost quivering, which I really like a lot).  The caterpillar is real (but dead).  The key is loose in the box.

And from a very slightly different angle to be a whore:

On the inside it says, "If I give you my heart, would you take it?"

I added something extra- I like the improvement.  Let me tell you, it was interesting to individually glue the seed beads down.  It was worth it though.
