I am hoping that someone has the link to a full and twirly robe pattern.  I found one once, but can't find it again!!! it was some triangles sewn together into a robe and it had a hood.

AND
I am hoping to find a simple easy long (FREE) gown that I can make quickly.

HELP

Oh and any ideas on what fabric to use to make them would also be helpful!

For an easy gown, you could make a really long t-tunic. http://home1.gte.net/kmvogt/ktunic1.html T-tunics are super easy to make, for my the hardest part is cutting it all because I don't have a big table. It might be easier to wear if you make it out of something with a little bit of stretch, but make sure to use lots of pins while sewing so that it doesn't stretch while sewing.
