hi everyone...sorry if this is in the wrong place...didnt know where it would go. anyway...i downloaded picassa and i cant figure out how to save as...i really dont want to save over any original pictures.  does anyone know what im talking about??? another question is how do you make only certain things colored and the rest black and white? im not sure if you can do this on picassa but ive been looking for a program that does it.  sorry for being stupid!!!!!!! but thanks soo much.

After making your "changes" in picassa, goto File & use the save a copy.  The copy will have your changes permanently, but the original will only appear altered in picassa.  (At this point, I usually undo all changes in picassa so it reflects what the actual picture was.)
The other would require, to my knowledge, more powerful software than picassa, such as the Gimp or Photoshop.
