I finished this shirt for my cousin today. And I wish I had a tutorial to share, but I'm not organized like that. I just started cutting and sewing, really.
Anyhow, perhaps you can come up with your own something like it. I hope you like it.  Smiley

I used an old pillowcase for the front. The back and sleeves is a remnant I got a the fabric store.
