Hi Do you have the tutorial as to how I can do this with fabric instead of felt. I believe the sewing may be different.

I don't think the sewing would be any different... Just use the same instructions.

If you're worried about fraying, you can either serger your fabric pieces or use fray check on the edges.  I think that would do it!
