Made the purse below for my youngest sisters' 30th birthday .. which was yesterday.  The fabric is black wool suiting and a fabulous shocking pink brocade from a great fabric store in Vancouver's little India.  We actually bought the fabric together last summer, and this was the first time that I used it!  She loved it!

Thanks everyone.  I got the wool fabric at a fantastic shop in Vancouver called Dressew.  Tons of fabric at pretty good prices.  Cash or check only!  No credit cards or debit cards!

PS. My sister loved the bag!
