I was just curious how everyone is coming on this swap. I'm really excited and I keep seeing things and thinking "oh, i should send that and that and that...". I'm having to limit myself so that it doesn't cost me a fortune to mail my package. How are you guys planning to ship? I'm thinking global priority, but I'm still not sure...

I skimmed through and I hope this hasn't been answered already....

Does anyone know anything about sending candy and how that works through customs? I sent brownie mix to my friend in the Netherlands a few months ago without any problem but I heard in the last swap there was some trouble...

Anyone had any experiences with it?

I was wondering about that, too.
I have some candy and chips that I would like to send.

I was also wondering about what I should put on the
customs slip. I thought I saw some people saying not
to mention any food and to list it as a gift.
Does anyone know?

This site answered some of my questions about sending to Brazil. I am not allowed to send radioactive materials and swords.

Hi!  (I can move this when the gallery is running)

I just received from Italy and the most wonderful Lucertola...  I was showered with goodies from Europe.  No offense to other swap partners, but this was the best!!

here is the loot list :  climbing magazine, sweedish dish cloth, earrings, cosmetic samples, stationary, candies, chocolate, buttons, pins in a tin, veggie and flower seeds, gloves (so soft), tea, 2 great yarns!!! and a handmade purse with luschious lining.

here is the loot picture:

Wow! That is a great package.
It makes me think I need to do more shopping...
And it was so fast!

I think I'm sending out tomorrow.
Maybe I'll pick up a few more things before I go to the post office.
It has been really fun trying to find things to send!

 Shocked Yeah, wow!

That is a loooot of stuff, lucky you Princessliak! This is certainly putting some pressure on the rest of us swappers... Smiley
What an awesome package, Lucertola!!

Maybe I won't be sending so many or large items (damn the Postal Service for charging over 30$!!), but I'll sure try my best to make it a good package! Embarrassed
*prays* Oh pretty please sweet Jami, don't be dissappointed! Smiley

I'll send on Friday the 14:th. Sharp.
This is so exciting!
