I have a friend in the Netherlands who I frequently send brownie mix, candy, etc. and I have never experienced any trouble with customs. I have heard of others who had difficulties though.

Anyone else have any input?

Anyhow, for anyone I don’t get partnered with, I would be more than interested in doing one-on-one swaps. And don’t be embarrassed about asking for anything or if you want something expensive. I’m willing to spend as much as you are. Also, if you think you can send me something I’m interested in (even if it’s just a tube of lip gloss), let me know and we can do a mini one-on-one.

Yes, I’m selling myself for foreign goods.

I've just pm-ed you!  Wink

I signed up too.  I never had trouble sending food, but I didn't usually list that on the form that I had to fill out...   hope no customs agents read this forum...

Never had trouble sending food either. I always try to fill out the form with "gift" or "present" and don't specify too much what's in the package, so the custom won't put on extra tax. Sneaky! Grin
