That's a stenciled shirt, two votive holders, a trinket box, and three marble magnets. 

I really enjoyed making this stuff!

There must have been some crossed wires, since I got the same PM.  Or maybe we were both supposed to send her stuff, since I know some organizers ask a couple people to send to a flakee, as an assurance that they will be amply compensated for getting the short straw.  I would ask iqjones.
