A few years ago I made myself a Sailor Jupiter costume from the anime Sailor Moon.  It's definitely my favorite costume EVER, but sadly it got destroyed due to negligence.  ;P  (lost pieces, crumpled pieces, etc)

I made a tut for the costume for my old Sailormoon page which has not been updated since 2001, but the tut is still there.  Smiley

I think that your costume is straight on and your pose is totally Jupiteresque.

Oh I know, it's waaaaay after halloween...but this was my favorite costume, maybe of all time: My mate and I were a Greek restaurant! I was the table, with my head as the centerpiece ...complete with lit candle! I sprayed my hair/made up my face all gray and fleck-ish to look like I was made of stone, and then had two ends of the table on either shoulder, with place settings on it. In my pockets underneath the table I had menus...and we even served the dolma and hummus and olives and baklava (oh and the ouzo!). My mate was Stavros the waiter, with a curly wig and chest hair, name tag and apron. People at parties etc would come sit at the table and he would take their order...and bring them their meal! It was awesome.

Very belatedly, this is probably my favorite costume ever, and it won a costume contest.

It was put together mostly from things that I had/found at thrift stored, and I glued the cherries and flowers on the hat.
