This year I was Jubliee from the X-men.  I think it came out pretty well actually....and so did those few people who actually knew who I was :-)

My best costume isn't really my costume, and it's not really one costume, and it's not exactly the entire costume.  This year the Boys From the County Hell chose the Electric Mayhem Band as their Halloween theme (after some enthusiastic lobbying from me).  I made the heads and select parts of their costumes from the neck down, though they deserve loads of credit for coming through on the majority of the costumes (and shaving their legs, in Janice's case.  That's taking one for the team.)

I had to take the photos myself... so forgive the akwardness of not getting a full shot.







Cho Chang from the Harry Potter series... er, or a Ravenclaw student. Whichever.... My cloak was very hard to walk in. And my wand is a knitting needle. Only took me two months to make the cloak! Two days to start it and a month and 3/4 to leave it lying around until Halloween crunch time ^^

OMG , that is my favorite, I LOVE the muppets! I want my whole familyt o be that next year, of course I am sure my 6 year will have  to be some superhero instead, but maybe I can talk my 3 year old into being kermit and me Miss Piggy.  That is so awesome, great job!

super grover!  does that count as a super hero?  the best part was that the band performed muppet songs: "can you picture that?", "tenderly", and "rainbow connection".  i'm not ashamed to admit i cried during "rainbow connection".  there are some pics of them rocking out at the happy dog bar's website.
