i just got this really cool white fake-leather wallet. its kinda boring so i decided to add some fabric hearts...
but the problem is...will i be able to  sew through fake-leather? i have this "no-sew" glue but i dont think that'll be strong enough.

...any ideas??

thanks

you shouldn't have a problem with sewing it if you use a leather needle. Depending on how thick it is you will want to match the needle size with the fabric weight. Like if it's really thin and easy to tear with your hands that would require a light needle like an 11 or even a 9. If it's medium thick the most common size is 12 or 14. But if it's really thick use a size 16.
Using the right needle size is the big factor in have the sewing look good. You can also buy micro fibre needles but personally I've never used them.
I agree that using the no sew glue might not be a goood choice. It doesn't usually last long after just a little bit of normal usage. It is best to use the sewing machne and it will last for ages.
At least in my experience this is the way it's worked for me
