Here are a couple projects I've finished lately.

The first one is a neck warmer for my 8 yo daughter.  It's supposed to be a jellyfish.  I feel a little sheepish about it because I totally stole the idea from Craftzine.  Here's the original:

http://www.craftzine.com/blog/archive/2007/09/seamonster_collar.html

Here's mine:

I made it with the green loom.  I just cast on with the crochet cast-on and then knit it as usual until I like the length.  then I binded-off by making I-cords with every three pegs.

Then I made myself a mock cable hat based on a pattern by Isela Phelps for a toddler hat.   Pattern found here:  http://isela.typepad.com/looming_crafts/my_patterns.html

that is so cute! it looks like it would be a great fit for a spongebob halloween costume!

I finished a kitty cat hat, but I'm going to have to wait until tomorrow to post it because my boss took my camera out to a job site with him!  Angry

I got the kitty hat to work!

Its a loomed version of the famous Kitty62 hat. Its for a swap but I know my partner's not on the knitting board  Grin

The pattern for the ears and the base for it (Rostitchery's earflap hat) are linked to on my blog: http://craftingyoohooville.blogspot.com/2007/09/kitty-kat-hat.html

Maybe a 4? The only part that was moderately hard was understanding the construction of Ro's earflaps. Once I wrapped the positioning around in my head, it was a piece of cake.  Grin
