Have any of you seen the episode of knitty gritty that Isela guest stars on? It hasn't aired here yet so I'm really excited and since none of you have chattered about it I figured I"d pass it on.

My husband had his friend DVR it for me so I could have it on a AVI movie.  Grin

Its also on Youtube, but the quality sucks.  Cry

Its nice to see hear on there - they demonstrate how to do her Fair Isle hat and talk about *gasp* how there is another way to knit.

I can make copies if people need them - or upload it to Bittorrent.

A u-tube link would be nice if you have it. I think my hubby and I had some torrent files once but I"m pretty sure we removed the viewer from my computer becasue it was slowing it down.

Hey peoples I was browsing through the lion brand site to try to find my next knitting project and found this:
http://cache.lionbrand.com/patterns/60438.html
It's a knifty knitter project! I can't believe it! There's a few more too. I'm still looking.
Thought I'd share. Smiley
Edit: More knifty knitter stuff:

Cool.  I finished a scarf/shawl thingie on the long loom already and am playing around with dishclothes on a round loom.  Might have to get the yarn for the bottle cozy and I was thinking last night about taking the mukluks pattern and using the KK to make the tubes and then finding a way to attach them to some super heavy-duty slippers...then I could go to work in the most comfy shoes ever!!

I was thinking something similar. Have you seen the sweater boots thread? You could probably knit your tube on the knifty knitter then attach it to your slippers using the tut on there. I'm pretty sure you could. And it would be more unique because you can choose your colors and yarn and stuff.

I'm trying to work on a soap bag. I started it then took it apart and have started again.
