Hello.  I'm trying to make this http://www.fuzzygalore.biz/patterns/capeletpf.shtml.  But am having problems with circulars.  The pattern calls for me to cast on 23 stitches on size 11, 24 length.  I think I'd be better off trying it with 16 length, as 23 (nor 30 stitches) for that matter, comes close to coming around the needle.  Suggestions??

I agree with you, that must have been a mistake, and you can always switch to longer if you feel to crowded on your 16" needle.
good luck

The pattern calls for me to cast on 23 stitches on size 11, 24 length.

i'm no expert, but my math says:
23 stitches CO a 24" needle = over 1 inch between each cast-on stitch.

i'd be gettin a shorter needle.  =]
