Lottie was born on the first day of Spring (Southern Hemisphere). She loves Daffodils, Paisley, making cakes and reading. She is modelling her brand new pair of embroidered jeans which she has paired today with a vintage top. She enjoys listening to The Cure and thinking up new hairstyles.

Lottie was made from a clown doll kit which I thrifted from a church sale (50c!!). Her lavender and pink hued wool hair comes from the same garage sale. It is kind of like mini dreadlocks.  She is very glad she was not made into a clown as they can be kinda creepy. Plus who needs giant yellow shoes??  She is for my daughter, she named her after a little friend who has sadly now moved to England. The real Lottie has a similar rag doll which is named after my daughter.  The jeans are made from an outgrown childs pair of jeans utilising the heart embroidery around the bottom.

Thanks Smiley Love the purple writing....  how do you do that.....
I discovered this doll fits all the other doll clothes we have perfectly (good luck ,no planning involved LOL)  So I don't have to make any more.  She went to school dressed in a tartan kilt with purple knitted coat and matching hat with Purple pom pom.

How beaded it is!!
