EDIT: I've managed to get Glasto tickets again this year...I can't wait to get my book ready to take!!

I created this in June 2005 at the festival and added the photo's when I got home.

My selected favourite pages...sorry there's so many! I'm rather pleased with it

It's just an old book I found, I glued some of the pages together with PVA so I could paint them (thin old paper), used watercolour liberally in different colour combo's, also wax crayon resist, stuck, drew, crayoned, painted and applied our photo's over until I felt I was done. I still go back and tweek it now!

That is wonderful! I love all of the colors. It looks like you really captured your time at the festival. I especially love the first page. Who knew ransom style lettering could look so whimsical and fun?!

I love the colors you used! It looks so bright and fun and happy. I also noticed that you included pictures of the wonderful White Stripes. Did you see them play? I'm jealous.

The White Stripes - hell yeah! I was never a fan before but I sure am now, the chemistry between them is amazing!

I love glasto because I never plan to go just to listen to the music, it's about the atmosphere and theatre and camaraderie for me (especially when you're stuck in mud and some burly bloke helps you out, tee hee!), but sometimes you're lucky enough to catch a band that really grabs you like The White Stripes. Oh and also The Dresden Dolls who were awesome!

I wish I could've gone to the Glastonbury Festival but there was just no way my school would've let me off. Anyway, I really like the colours you've used. Alll the pages are fantastic!

OOh Squeaky poor you! The sneeky thing is that I'm an art teacher and had to feign illness to go! I felt guilty the whole time!! But not so much that I couldn't enjoy it...tee hee! Ph x

I was at Glastonbury this year also, 5th year and the wettest yet... how crazy was the friday morning storm!

Yup Zoe, it was certainly one that stands out!!

This was my 3rd and I have never experienced rain at Glasto before. Luckily we camped on the hill behind the cinema field so we just had water passing through and (mangy foot aside from lack of wellies) I loved it - I mean there's always a great atmosphere but it just made everyone even more fantastic!

I've always wanted to see the Levellers live and it was the perfect place for it! Ph x

Yeah, me too  This was my fourth year and it was fantastico as ever! I did stewarding with Oxfam which I highly reccommend btw.
