I have found that what applies to hats (according to Linda, owner of my LYS) applies to the panta as well. You need to take away 10% of your head size to get the panta to fit properly. Later on I will post some pics of my cabled panta. I think maybe next time I will add an extra rib inbetween the two cables.

I never knew that!  No wonder hats never fit me right.

You know...it didn't occur to me until I knit my first panta too big. Then I went to my LYS and was complaining about a totally different hat pattern and she mentioned that. I thought...you know that makes a TON of sense. lol

Here are my two cabled pantas, one is in progress. The other I knit with black yarn...and cables don't show too well on black. lol

yay! i can't believe i finished my first knitting project in less than a week! i guess it took a only few hours, but i have college and other stuff so couldnt keep on doin' it all the time =~ it's pretty fast.
i'm in love.
my mom is knitting a green panta too ^^ i think i'll start a black one, and a pink one. omg, i'm addicted to it. i guess i'll make some for my friends or my closet will be full of pantas before winter gets here (i'm in Brasil and it's autumn here ^^)
