You could replace the Cap'n Crunch box with the Monopoly box...might be cute.

I usually have my lamination done by the professionals like your neighborhood copier.  I found the best laminate at Kinkos!

 8)I really love that scrabble board Idea..why did I never think of that?Its kinda obvious,,but nope,,never even crossed my mind.Thats why I llove this board so much...MY next msiion is now to find  scrabble board at the thrift store......any certain brand of epoxy for gluing the thumbtacs to the tiles?or any kind of sandpaer?I am goon alook to see what else you can do with game boards....please pint me in the right direction if you can.I guess Ill start with th search function?

Any ideas on what to do with old puzzles? There are always a million of those at the thrift store, whereas the games (scrabble esp, it seems) are in hot demand.

another idea for monopoly money could be to use it as decoupage material.  i'm picturing a small end table or card table, or even lampshades, in a game room entirely decoupaged with monopoly money.  i think it'd be adorable.

cute, someone could also put magnents onto the back of the tile pieces and use them on the refrigerator and spell notes out or to do lists.
