Here is my reproduction of the Anthropologie Vines scarf! I wanted to make it in fall colors (rust colors, moss, brown), BUT for some reason the Michael's close to me didn't have those colors. So I ended up getting yarn close to the original colors.
I knitted the vine, but crocheted everything else. I also added clear beads in different sizes and some iridescent sequins.

VINE (KNITTED):
Acrylic worsted weight yarn in green
Size 6 Double-pointed knitting needles
Cast on 8 stitches.
Divide stitches among 3 needles.
Knit in the round until tube measures 46” or desired length.
Cast off, weave in ends.
FOR LEAVES AND FLOWERS LEAVE LONG ENDS TO USE FOR SEWING TO VINE LATER
LEAVES (MAKE 3 LARGE, 2 SMALL):
Acrylic worsted weight yarn in green

CHRYSANTHEMUMS (MAKE 3):
Acrylic worsted weight yarn in various colors
Size H/8 crochet hook (I think this is the size I used)

SMALL FLOWER (MAKE 1):
Acrylic worsted weight yarn in various colors
Size H/8 crochet hook (I think this is the size I used)
Chain 3, slip stich into first chain.
Chain 2, 9 dcs into loop. Slip stitch into the top of the beginning chain 2.
Chain 2, 4 dcs into next stitch. Slip stitch into next stitch.
*5 dc into next stitch. Slip stitch into next stitch. Repeat from * all the way around.
**1 single crochet into top of first dc.
1 hdc,1 dc in next.
3 triple crochets in next.
1 dc,1 hdc in next.
Slip stitch into big hole below in previous round, repeat from ** all the way around.
Fasten off.
BIG FLOWER (MAKE 4):
Acrylic worsted weight yarn in various colors
Size K/10.5 crochet hook
Chain 3, slip stich into first chain.
Chain 2, 9 dcs into loop. Slip stitch into the top of the beginning chain 2.
Chain 2, 5 dcs into next stitch. Slip stitch into next stitch.
*6 dc into next stitch. Slip stitch into next. Repeat from * all the way around.
**1 single crochet, 2 hdc into top of first dc.
3 dc in next.
3 triple crochets in next.
3 dc in next.
2 hdcs, 1 sc in next.
Slip stitch into big hole below in previous round, repeat from ** all the way around.
Fasten off.
FINISHING:
Sew any sequins or beads onto the flowers as desired.
Lay vine on table. Using long ends on flowers, tie them onto the vine starting from the center out. The order I used from left to right is: chrysanthemum, big flower, big flower, chrysanthemum, big flower, chrysanthemum, big flower, small flower.
Once flowers are tied on, put the scarf around your neck and check placement in the mirror. You may have to slide the flowers along the vine to make sure not too much of the vine is showing between them. Once you have the flowers where you want them sew them onto the vine using the long ends. Sew them all to the same side of the vine so it lays flat to your neck.
Sew a large leaf to each end of the vine. Sew the rest of them on where you want them.
