Hehe , oh my. Theres another problem you avooided. Ive accidentall glues things to the wrong parts of see through things before. And you put them under hot water and a few seconds later the class or plastiic has got a lovely white coating which is impossible to remove and u cant see through! DOH

I feel your pain!  I covered an entire bowling ball with little pieces of glass so it looked like a ring of somewhat abstract angels.  Used what I thought was an appropriate adhesive..the glass appeared to be solidly stuck. Covered it with grout. Went to wipe off the grout, and proceeded to wipe off all the glass along with it.  Couldn't even reuse the bowling ball, since although the glass all fell off the surface was to yucky to start over.    Now I only use mosaic glue for my glass on anything projects.
