so i just wanna make some socks!!!

i can't seem to find just a simple sock pattern. i just want some ribbing on the top, stockinette the rest of the way. i really want to make some socks, i never have before, and i need something simple. where can i find it? i know this pattern is right in front of my face.

google 'Joan's Ribbers' 
Very simple socks knit with wool ease yarn.  The pattern was recommended to me by a very experienced sock knitter as a great beginner pattern.

I used the royea site (Socks 101) when I learned...though, I used 5 needles instead of the 4 shown in the pics.
