You could post it on completed projects and then post the link here or you can post it here and link it on completed projects or just post it here Grin Sorry, it's still early on the west coast and I've have not had my tea this morning.

Here's a simple, no frills, Aunt Martha Pattern, Fruit and Vegetable Motif pattern # 3632, Kitchen towel.  I loved using the variegated green floss on the leafy greens! =)

Human rights are for EVERYONE.  Did you know that Aung San Suu Kyi had been released from house arrest in Burma? Many other prisoners of conscience are still being detained.  Please research this topic... Amnesty International needs your help.

This is an Aunt Martha transfer from a kitchen pots and pans issue.  Hand embroidered details atop a red cotton applique.
I think this pot is running and sweating because its behind has been scalded!

Until you mentioned WHY the pot was running, I didn't think a thing about it! Ha! I'm too accepting, I guess!

But now that you mention it, it's red, with bulging eyes! Yup, it's behind got hot!

Really, really  nice work. How did you "seal" the edges of the applique?

That dutch oven/saucepot is the motif I see the most from that packet.  I love how you did him up in red applique!

Thanks for the nice words, GL.  Ran a tiny running stitch around the applique just in case it lifted after laundering.  You cannot see it because it is color matched to the red applique.

What a cute pot, SkitzoLeezra.
I love these patterns and I don't think I've ever seen one appliqued.

A few weeks ago I bought some Aunt Martha's patterns and will have to start working on some of them for gifts for mothers day for my grandmothers and mom. Of course seeing some of the patterns that people bought from colonial patterns I just had to go on their website and purchase some as well!! Not that I don't have enough already,  Roll Eyes

Just found this thread doing a search... what a bummer that it's been idle for a couple years, I would love to stitchalong with this!  I've been working on some Java Break patterns for Christmas gifts and I wanted to see if anyone else stitched it too.  If anyone wants to resurrect this, I'm in!
