((my first posted project Smiley ))

I worked up some frosted cupcakes from the Death by Chocolate pattern set. My kids think I need to do the whole series. Never enough chocolate or cupcakes.

Looks great!  I just ordered a couple of patterns from Aunt Martha's website and I can't wait for them to arrive.  My crafty stores do carry AM's patterns, but they have such a small selection and of course don't carry the ones I would want!

Oh I love the cupcakes!  They're beautiful.  I've never seen that set of patterns before.  I want! I want! lol

Another Aunt Martha project stitched up.

I ironed it onto felt and stitched the felt onto the denim before embroidering. I sewed it into a throw pillow when I was done.

Does felt wash well?

Felt washes great and is very sturdy in the wash.  Wool and wool blended felt will shrink so take that into consideration when using it.

Hhhm, I wonder what kind JoAnn Fabrics carries.  It's like 20 cents for a 8x11 sheet.  I've used it to make needle books.  Is that the kind of felt you used in your project?
