I, sadly, am also from Saint John....and non of my friends are crafty in the slightest...which is why I spend so much time surfing Craftster....

Hey Astria!  Thanks for the complement on my eggs.  They are what I focus on most.  They're super fun to do. 

I won't be at the market this weekend unfortunately.  I have a full time job at HomeSense, so that interferes with my market time.  If I could quit my job there, I' d have a booth at the market.

Which market are you going to?  I'm not sure the last tiem you were here, but this summer there were soem changes in the markets.  The one that was uptown is now on John Street, by Victoria Park (if you know Moncton well enough to know where I'm talking about).  There's still the one downtown.  There's also a new one in Dieppe too.  I like it the best.  They took this building that used to be a supermarket and rebuilt it into a building especially for the market.  Very nice place. It's my favorite of the 3 markets.  If you start early enough though, you'd have plenty of time to visit all 3.

I haven't been to the Dieppe market yet, but my lil' sis loves it. I didn't know there was a market on John Street, though! Well, well, well, I think it's going to be a big day. (btw, my sister is a HomeSense junkie. Every time I talk to her she's just coming back from there - she's not crafty, she's a shopper!).

i live in sussex too!! well sussex corner really, its pretty much the same but theres no stores in it. me and the carrot are tight..we are having lunch today actually
