So, basically. Jim and Suzie are e-partners. I post "hey everyone, you need to check in with your e partners and make sure they're on track, and going strong." Suzie pms Jim, but Jim doesn't respond within 3 days. She pms me, i try to track down Jim, and if we discover that he's deleted his account or what have ye, we can fix it before the swap ends and get Jim's real partner a swap angel.

So, I'm a little confused about the ceritificate. Basically, I'm just not sure what to put in some of the spaces.

So am I the owner?
And my partner's the participant?

it's find if you just want to email it to him/her. it was a last minute addition... I forgot to add it in to the long winded pm I sent to everyone. But be nice, I was writing a persuasive letter at the same time.

Oh yeah, here are the partners. I ended up moving two people around last night, but they've been notified and hopefully won't mind changing a little bit.

Hello, all. This is your adoring swap organizer, Katie a.k.a. americandemockracy.
The time has come for everyone to send their information to each other- please be prompt, and make this as easy as humanly possible for me. The easiest thing for you to do is to read this message, find your partner in the list below, send you information to the partner and then pm your e-partner to say that you’ve done that.

Remember- you are bringing your partner’s stuffy to eight different places and recording your adventures in a scrapbook. For more info, refer to the Little Visitor Swap Thread, living in Craft Swaps where sign-up period is over section.

Instructions
1. Locate your user name of the list below. Find your partner.
2. Send your partner a pm with your information in it.
3. Find your e-partner in the second list.
4. Send your e-partner a pm saying that you have sent your info to your partner. Introduce yourself to them as well
5. Fill out the stuffy biography, print off a copy, and send it to your partner with your stuffy, ASAP!! By Wednesday at the very latest.
6. Drop your -partner a line saying that you have sent your stuffy. If you e-partner has not responded yet, PM ME ASAP!!

If you don’t get your user info by Friday, please pm me.

September 15- Sign-up ends.
September 17- Stuffies are sent, second conversation with e-partners
September 30- Third conversation with e-partners, more info is coming
October 13- Fourth conversation with e-partners
October 26- Fifth conversation with e-partners
November 1- Send stuffie home with new outfit and scrapbook.
