[ACCEPTED -- ANNUAL COSTUME] Halloween Challenge?

I think we just need a Halloween in general craft right now. Post your best homade halloween decorations for like under $15  or something, which if wanted could be a costume or wreaths or pumpkins etc.  I could use the ideas and I have something brewing in my little head anyway I was going to make although it might be more than $15 but I love a challenge.

How about, closer to Halloween, a costume challenge?  Wizard magazine has one where about 90% of the costume has to be hand made (a prop or two can be storebought but that's about it).  So how about something like that, where the costume has to be almost entirely handmade.  There's some talented people here who I'm sure could come up with something creative!

hehehe....one of the reasons I bought my sewing machinelast December was to make costumes to sel since te ones you buy are 1-TOO DAMN EXPENSIVE FOR HEM TO BE 2-TOO DAMN COMMON.  I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOVE Halloween.  I've been dressing up for the past 6 years and I haven't bought a costume yet.  So for the first time last Halloween there came this tent store called Halloween Express. The costumes were gorgeous!!  But none were less than $40!!  So knowing of sewing you look at them and you're like BS!!!!  Plus the manufacturers prob get great discounts off the fabric!!  So I bought my machine in December so that I can start making costume$ and other $tuff for this Halloween. SO, yes, I'd be definitely down for this challenge.
