YKYACW...you see a two year old getting on the bus with her mom, wearing a cute little denim skirt, and all you can think about is what a cute bag you could make out of the skirt!
Haha, I know the feeling!  I went to the mall a few days ago and every other thing that I had looked at I wished I had a purse with the same design.  I bought to shirts for myself that I will be happy to make into a purse if it ever doesn't fit after it gets washed.

YKYACW.... You spend an entire two week vacation in florida casting on and ripping off then casting on and ripping off 126 stitches. Over and over. Finally getting that to a decent point, you repeat and take out the same three stitches over and over before crawling into bed defeated. I think that might make me just as much a knitter as if i had knit the damn thing.

...you're playing with the pricing gun at work (sooo bored) and you start thinking about how cool it would be if you could get ones that instead of printing numbers had cool designs and colors and what awesome collages you could make if such a thing existed.

YKYACW ...
(this isn't my own, I fuond it on a site called warpdrive, it's like bash.org... quotes Smiley )

<[Micha]> HuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuh??

Rough translation:
Gonna tell you something really weird
Yesterday when I was cleaning I discovered that one of the drawers in my wardrobe was insanely broken, and since it was Ikea quality, I didn't want to make the effort to fix it
Instead I put it outside my door to throw it away in the morning
When I went out this morning it was gone, I figured a neighbour had gotten tired of it and taken it to the garbage room
Now that I got home the drawer was outside the door with a note saying "glued and mended"
HuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuh??

I want neighbors like that.  If I put something broken outside my door, my neighbors would either send me a nasty anonymous note or call the neighborhood association to complain (who would then send me a form letter about it).  Roll Eyes

ykyacw the screw falls out of your eyeglasses and you don't have another so you sew them back together.  actually, it wasn't a bad fix!  i sewed them on friday and theyr'e holding up just fine today!

That's actually a really good idea. I had this problem about 6 months ago and i remedied it with tape, a thread an needle would have been soo much easier, less bulky and less sticky.

I remedied a similar situation with very thin beading wire. I threaded it through the screw hole 5 or 6 times. It held really well and when I eventually went to have it repaired...they had a hard time getting the wire out.
