Even worse. You fake sick so you can stay home from work to craft, and end up in front of the computer. Christmas is just around the corner. :/

YKYACW: You treat your sewing machine like it was a real person.

I have to admit -to my embarrassment- that I talk to my sewing machine, I praise it when it's sewed well and tell it off when it's not working. Smiley

What?  You mean that not everybody does this?

The way I see it, it's only a big deal if your machine starts talking back  Cheesy

Making an effort to use proper English and not 'net slang makes me much more willing to respond to your post.

In which case I'd be making two phonecalls. The first to Ripley's Believe It Or Not, and the second to the men in white coats *chuckles* Wink

"just keep crafting, just keep crafting"

Sorry I've been gone so long. Am trying to get back on the boards. Body's thrown me for a few loops these past months and am still learning to adjust. Thanks for your patience.

YKYACW: You go to Anthropologie and complain that stuff costs too much because you know you can make it. Then, you go and spend almost equally as much on supplies to make it.

I did that this weekend withsome great birdy teatowels. I'm so lame.

Haha! That's so true! Cheesy

I want to see what you made with said birdy teatowels! Mentioning birds and Anthopologie in the same post has peaked my curiosity. Smiley

YKYACW you save the little plastic containers in which your (diabetes) glucose testing strips come, because you will do something crafty with them in the future (or at least you think you wil...).
