quick question, does anyone know if you can use the rubber ikea ice cube trays as chocolate molds? I want to make a bunch of heart shaped chocolates for an engagement party, and am hoping that I can use my ikea molds, but I dont want to ruin them. since they are ice cube trays I am sure that they are 'foodsafe' - so my main concern is whether they can handle warm/hot chocolate being poured into them~

thanks in advance!
Cynthia

I used a nice set of them for making chunks for candles, and they stood up to the heat absolutely fine.  I wouldn't see any problem with using them for chocolate!
