Emilytate got her package and asked if I had any pics to post until she gets her camera running again.  I only have one but it's of my favorite thing I made I think...it's one of the robots from Castle in the Sky that I made out of Fimo and then painted.

kjtalula- that is so awesome!! You are a really great crafster!!

My DC says that the package I sent to pocky was delivered on Aug. 31st & I haven't heard anything from her.  Undecided

Hopefully she got everything OK. Since it's been almost a week I'm going to post pics of what I sent her.

Her favorite movie is Totoro so I sent her all Totoro stuff!!

I sent her a stenciled tote with the studio ghibli logo on it, 3 soot sprites & a framed, embroidered picture of Totoro.

I hope she likes it all...

Very nice! I love Totoro.

My package was delivered to eatfish on Aug. 29. I can post photos, too, if she can't.

Edited to add: OK, hope you don't mind, eatfish!

I sent this:

White painted Jiji shirt
Black painted No Face shirt
Crocheted medium-size Totoro
Some sheets of address labels with images from Miyazaki movies
(+ an article about M. from the New Yorker)

I LOVE the crocheted Totoro!!! I was thinking of making a totoro but it seemed he would be much better crocheted vs. knitted & I am not a great crocheter!!

I love the shirts as well! Smiley

I know you have all been wondering about the profile status of the swap...first there was some confusion because I was told by a moderater that THEY do it, but apparently that message was mixed up because I in fact do it.  I have been trying to post the results for the past three days nows and every time it says the web site isn't responding.  If you guys are having a hard time signing up for other swaps, have the host pm me for results.  I'll keep trying in the meantime.

Chibiwakki PM'd me on the 1st to say it would be a little late. I told her not to worry about it being late. I haven't heard from her since & I haven't received yet but I'm sure it's on it's way or will be soon!
